Fairness / Honesty: Being true to yourself and the group. Have the ability to listen to others and to be heard as well. Take the time to understand each other and provide honest support, ideas, and wisdom.
Determination: Once you put your mind to a task, get it on paper, discuss it outloud with yourself and the team, and make the decision to go forward - do not stop until that goal has been achieved. If for some reason help is needed realize you have a strong support group in which to help you attain that dream.
Friendship: The friends (and family) have helped mold you into the unique individual you are today. Friendship of the W.A.N.T. members will always offer their support to the other team members, and value the relationships with respect, understanding, and love.
